How To Deal With Your Biggest fear in life

What is fear? Fear is a natural and powerful human emotion; fear alerts you to the presence of danger and harmfulness of anything that can possibly affect you in near future weather that danger is physical or psychological. We all have different definitions of failure because we have different circumstance in our lives. In our daily life we all face some bad experiences about something that matters us a lot and when we overthink about that it creates fear in our mind, and we don’t know how to deal with that. In this blog we will discuss some of the biggest fear in someone’s life and how they can deal with that.

1- The Fear OF Failure:

The fear of failure is scientifically called atychiphobia. This leads us to stop moving forward and keeps us from achieving our goals and success. Many psychologists say that the main cause of this fear is the fear of the resulting shame and embarrassment. If a child is facing the fear of failure then the reason could be a parent who never supported him when he failed in his life, some parents never understand the children who are facing shame and embarrassment and that leads to the fear of failure.

How can we deal with it?

i) Always try to learn from your past experiences don’t let your past control your future, because we all know that we can only learn from our failures and experiences in our lives.

ii) When you think that the plan you have chosen is going to lead you to a failure so take it as a challenge and try to make your failure your biggest success using your plan B.

iii) If you are going through a bad experience because of your recent failure then always treat yourself better don’t go to that depression zone because then you will only find every door closed.

Quote: If you are not failing every now and again, it’s a sign you are not doing anything very innovative. (Woody Allen)

2- The Fear Of Being Judged:

The fear of being judged is also called social anxiety disorder. In this situation you always think about what people has to say about you if you do something different without knowing that these things make you feel happy. It is an intense fear of being watched and judged by others. This fear will always affect your daily life routine and you will never feel independent.

How can we deal with it?

i) Always know what are your limitations and strengths, if you know what things you are good at you will never be affected by the comments you will get from the people who always try to let you down.

ii) Always make yourself your first priority because if you allow anyone else to describe you, you give them a power to control your life don’t do that. You always know yourself better than anyone else, first you have to trust on yourself only then you will overcome your fear.

iii)  Try to invest on yourself, by investing on yourself I mean invest on your personal growth do things that you want to do, that make you feel good and you know one day you will get succeeded so don’t bother what people will say about you choose your own path don’t ask anyone how to do it try it with your own vision.
